Session Title: Mobile Ajax Push with ICEfaces 2.0
Should you build a mobile app or a web app? Join this session to learn the details of a hybrid approach that allows you to develop using the Enterprise Java standards that you know, yet take advantage of rich mobile device features. Attendees will be taken rapidly through the basics of ICEfaces 2.0, JSF 2.0, and Ajax Push. They will then learn how to make use of extended browser capabilities on iPhone/iOS, Android, and BlackBerry devices to build a JSF application with camera, audio, and device look and feel. Related techniques that do not require JSF (such as JSP) will also be presented.
